How to Make a Donation

Complete the Tax Credit Form below.

Return the form along with your check or money order payable to Toltec School District to:

The district will send you a receipt for your contribution.

Submit your Toltec’s tax credit receipt to your tax preparer when filing your taxes.

Contributions must be received by April 15th
