Food Services

Food Services

It is the mission of Toltec Schools Food and Nutrition Services to make breakfast and lunch meals of optimal nutritional value available to students at a minimum cost. We are very proud to offer daily, many healthy food choices to all students.

All sites participate in the National School Lunch Program. All students are able to participate in the CEP free meals program.  In addition to providing this support for our students, participation in this program also enables our district to apply for much needed e-rate funds to support our technology needs.

Community Eligibility Provision

Great news for you and your student(s)!  We are pleased to inform you that all children attending Arizona City Elementary and Toltec Elementary will receive meals at no charge due to implementing a new option available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).  All enrolled students of Toltec School District #22 are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day.  No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an application.

My family needs more help. Are there other programs we might apply for? To find out how to apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs (SNAP) or other assistance benefits, contact your local assistance office or call 1-855-432-7587.
